Great honest service. Came out right away for estimate. Arrived before scheduled date and time for root removal from septic system. Completed the job in less time than estimate and only charged for the time required which was less than estimate cost. Highly recommend. Josh and his team are my only septic service from now on. Professional, honest, fair, prompt and good work ethic. Not something common these days. Don’t think about hiring anyone else if you need septic service in North Mississippi!

The guy came out explained the service and how often it needed to be done. He emptied the septic tank and let us know what we had to do afterwards. He was professional and friendly.

I had Midsouth come out and fix an issue on an installation done by another company that refused to come out and fix or finish their work. The previous company did not hook up everything to the new septic system. The second bathroom was dumping onto the ground. Mid-South corrected the issue, warrantied the work and everything. Midsouths guys were so nice, professional, spoke to me, and educated me. The previous company’s installer was rude, unprofessional and did not want to answer my questions. I will be calling Midsouth and no one else!

Owner and Staff go above and beyond. Very reasonably priced, professional and explain in detail what they are going to do. Veteran owned too!
